What I Offer
I offer individual therapy to address the stress, anxiety, and trauma that impacts every day life. I use an approach that supports awareness and growth while respecting and valuing you as a unique individual. I believe that change occurs through authentic connection: being seen, understood, and respected just as you are. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will work collaboratively to support healing. Through our work, we will uncover unhelpful thinking habits that are getting into your way, examine patterns of behavior that interfere with happy relationships, and develop new skills to help you live a happier and healthier.

In Person therapy is still fully optional. My clients will not be asked to resume in person therapy if they would prefer to continue with telehealth. At times I may share clinical judgement if there are reasons that I feel you may benefit more from in person therapy but I will not require you to return to the office.
