I work form a trauma informed, attachment focused lens. In other words, I focus on your strengths while recognizing the many impacts trauma can have, creating an environment that provides you the safety to grow, process, and feel empowered (Trauma Informed). I also believe that our early relationships with caregivers and others strongly influence and impact who we are and how we related to others as adults (Attachment Focused).
Outside of the therapy room, I volunteer with Bay Area Women Against Rape as a Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and explore Bay Area beaches with my dog.
