You have dreams, goals and plans of a better tomorrow. You are motivated and determined to build a life for yourself. Maybe you are part way there. Maybe you’ve tackled that to-do list that you thought would lead to happiness and success. And still, it doesn’t feel like enough. You are doing all of the things they say you should, meditating, yoga, “self care”, but it just isn’t working! Anxiety, fear, and insecurity can not only hold us back from taking steps toward our goals, they can prevent us from enjoying it once we get there.
Through a collaborative approach, I will support you as you take steps toward a happier life. I am here to listen, support, guide, and encourage you as you face the fear and anxiety that are holding you back. I offer individual therapy to address the stress, anxiety, and trauma that impact day to day life.

I view my role to be that of a listener, supporter, encourager, and advocate. With me, you can expect to be heard and validated, while also challenged as we work to create new patterns and beliefs.
I work from a trauma informed, attachment focused lens. In other words, I focus on your strengths while recognizing the many impacts trauma can have, creating an environment that provides you the safety to grow, process, and feel empowered (Trauma Informed). I utilize EMDR therapy to support you in healing from trauma. I also believe that our early relationships with caregivers and others strongly influence and impact who we are and how we related to others as adults (Attachment Focused).
Outside of the therapy room, I volunteer with Bay Area Women Against Rape as a Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and explore Bay Area beaches with my dog.
